Hey brother,

Let me tell you a hard truth most men won’t hear from their friends, their boss, or their woman:

You sound weak when you speak.

Not because you don’t have something to say.
Not because you lack experience.
But because of how you say it.

You think you sound smart and logical, but you’re littering your sentences with β€œuhhh,” β€œerrrr,” β€œlike,” and awkward pauses that make you look unsure, like you’re second-guessing your own balls.

Tate Shared:

β€œEveryone says I'm an amazing speaker. But that's a lie.
And you know why it's a lie?
It's because you've been speaking longer than me.
So why am I better?”

Think about that for a second.
Tate isn’t claiming to be a better talker because of more years under his belt, he’s calling out the difference in clarity and dominance.

Here’s the example he gave:

β€œI say, what’s 1 plus 1?
And you go, β€˜uhh… 2.’
You look dumb.
You say, β€˜what’s 1 plus 1?’
I go, β€˜2.’
I look sharp.”

It’s the same answer, but one man sounds powerful, the other looks unsure of himself.

See, brother, when you're in a conversation, especially one with stakes, like with your boss, a woman you're dating, or in a heated debate, how you deliver your message carries more weight than what you say.

Tate went on to say:

β€œIf you give me a minute, I’ve made 5 points and linked them into 2 older points, and I’ve hinted at a future point.
And now you have to counter that.
You're like, β€˜you’re a misogynist.’
You can’t argue with me.”

He’s showing the power of prepared, structured thinking, delivered without hesitation. It’s why the BBC crumbled in their interview with him.
It wasn’t just what he said, it was that he said it with such iron-clad certainty and flow that no weak rebuttal could cut through.

He then dropped a golden insight:

β€œIt sounds like a small thing, but I’m telling you…
It’s so unique that you don’t realize how many people you’re speaking to who do it, until you stop.”

That last line should hit you hard.
Because it’s true: when you finally learn to speak without stuttering, without filler, without sounding like a boy who needs permission, you suddenly realize how rare it is.

And in today’s world, where every man is trying to be liked, politically correct, and overly cautious?

The man who speaks with absolute certainty stands out like a lion in a field of sheep.

So what’s the takeaway?

You don’t need to speak more.
You don’t need to add extra words.
You don’t even need more knowledge.

You need presence. Precision. Power.

Here’s how to start:

  1. Cut out filler words. Eliminate β€œuhh,” β€œlike,” β€œyou know,” and β€œerrr” from your vocabulary. They’re a nervous tic, and they signal self-doubt.

  2. Pause with purpose. Silence is stronger than stuttering. A confident pause is more powerful than a rushed ramble.

  3. Structure your thoughts. Know what your point is before you speak. Be the man who builds his argument like a skyscraper, not a guy stacking Jenga blocks mid-sentence.

  4. Practice speaking out loud. Record yourself. Watch it back. It’ll sting, but you’ll spot the dead weight in your communication instantly.

  5. Stand in your authority. Say things like you mean them. Speak as if your words matter, because they do.

Brother, in a world of uncertain men, the one who speaks with precision becomes the authority.
Not because he’s the smartest.
But because he’s the clearest. And clarity is power. That’s attraction. That’s leadership.
Women feel it. Men respect it. And the world moves for it.

Let this be the day you stop sounding like a hesitant boy...
...and start communicating like a man who leads.

Stay sharp,
Mr. Wayne
